We are seeking a capable transaction manager who enjoys working on debt financing transactions. The Director of Capital Markets would be responsible for brokering transactions between potential lenders and borrowers, involving evaluating and executing the logistics of the initial deal and then negotiating between the two parties to close the deal. Applicants should have extensive experience placing debt deals, understanding credit and debt facilities, and recognizing the dynamics of a private- equity backed company.
Cerebro Capital is experiencing explosive growth and is seeking an analyst for our Compliance Navigator team. The Compliance Analyst would be responsible for examining loan documents, extracting relevant provisions and on-boarding new client users to the platform. Applicants should have the ability to analyze loan covenants and calculate compliance ratios. Attention to detail and organizational skills are extremely important to this role.
