Cerebro Capital seeks to transform the way credit facilities are analyzed, managed, and sourced by offering comprehensive corporate loan management software and services. By offering best in class online software, world-class security, and industry expertise, we hope that all debt stakeholders including finance teams, lenders and intermediaries can streamline many redundant and manual processes.
Improving Corporate Loan Management
Throughout his career in corporate finance, Cerebro Capital Founder and CEO Matthew Bjonerud noticed mid-sized companies faced difficulties sourcing and managing loans. Cerebro’s online loan management systems are the solution.
As Matt explains to The Baltimore Sun, “No company has a sense of how much they can borrow without calling 30 lenders and handing out their information to each of them.” Similarly middle market lenders spend wasted hours chasing borrowers that might never pass their credit committee requirements. Cerebro’s Credit Explorer partners mid-market borrowers, intermediaries, and financial executives to lender’s with a matching risk profile.
Once a credit facility is in place, borrowers were stuck using outdated and manual processes to track and report loan compliance. And lenders receiving static PDF compliance certificates from thousands of customers faced a larger feat in having to monitor and process the covenant information. Other stakeholders like private equity firms and parent companies managing multiple subsidiaries were also left with little to no visibility into the loan covenant status. Cerebro’s Compliance Navigator and Portfolio Navigator are online loan management platforms that help teams track loan compliance and communicate with both internal and external stakeholders. corporate loan management software
Cerebro’s corporate loan management software tools are designed for corporate borrowers, intermediaries, lenders and PE firms who have financial interests in corporate debt.
